Clinical Psychologist · Aveiro

Sandra R. Santos

I believe each person already carries the resources to grow — sometimes they just need a safe space and someone to walk alongside them. That's the space I aim to offer.

My approach

My work rests on a relationship of trust, warmth and respect for your time. I always start from listening — to what brings you here and to who you are — so that, together, we can build a personalised, evidence-based path.

I integrate approaches grounded in scientific evidence, in particular cognitive behavioural therapy, alongside emotion-regulation and mindfulness strategies, adapting them to each person and each moment. There are no one-size-fits-all recipes: there's your journey, at your pace.
